KEVIN PATSCHKE

Kevin brings years of hands-on construction experience and a builder's perspective to Hill & Range. He is passionate about understanding how a home actually works—from its structure and systems to the details that determine how it performs over time.
His approach is rooted in craftsmanship, problem-solving, and doing things the right way—not simply the fastest way.
Kevin believes great construction should be both beautiful and built to last, and he brings that standard to every renovation and restoration Hill & Range takes on.
